Students for Carbon Dividends (S4CD) is a bipartisan climate organization that engages students, campus VIPs, and youth leaders around the breakthrough Carbon Dividends solution. This bedrock strategy is fast-emerging as the leading bipartisan climate proposal in the United States. It has earned the support of the broadest climate coalition in American history, as well as the endorsement of the largest statement of economists of all time. As the generation most affected by climate instability, we are working to catapult the carbon dividends solution into the national spotlight, deliver a bipartisan victory, and safeguard human health and prosperity.

S4CD is searching for Semester Associates to contribute at all levels of the organization. As S4CD rapidly expands, the Associates will play an active role—in collaboration with S4CD’s senior leadership team—in executing our national strategy.

This includes strategy development, engagement of campus leaders, student VIPs, and political influencers; outreach to and collaboration with top campus groups; creation of visual media and written content for national outlets; policy research and strategy; and more.

Candidates should be driven, creative, well-organized, and excellent team players. They should also have a relevant background in Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Science, and/or Communications.

DC-based and/or remote work. Stipends and academic credit available.
