S4CD held an exciting DC Happy Hour this week with Elan Strait, Director US Climate Campaigns for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
WWF is the world's largest conservation organization with over five million supporters worldwide. It works in more than 100 countries and supports nearly 1,300 conservation and environmental projects around the globe.
Elan is a champion of climate solutions at the highest levels. Elan previously worked on the National Security Council during the Obama Administration and manages the We Are Still In initiative, which promotes collaboration between subnational actors on climate policy. The coalition boasts 2800+ signatories, including Nike, Lyft, Johnson & Johnson, Timberland, Apple, and Tesla.
